CertaSite Buys Kentucky Fire Protection Company

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based CertaSite, a commercial fire protection and life safety company, has acquired Teasley Fire Protection headquartered in Kentucky. CertaSite says the acquisition will allow the company to grow its customer base and expand its services in the Frankfort market.
CertaSite says owner Joe Teasley will remain with the company in a new role. CertaSite’s regional manager, Don Hennessy, will oversee office management.

Teasley specializes in fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, suppression systems, and emergency lighting.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
