With nearly 30 years serving southern Michigan, CertaSite says Midwest’s reputation in the region will allow it to grow its customer base and expand into new markets under the CertaSite umbrella.
“CertaSite is a company that I trust because they share our values and code of ethics for saving lives and protecting property,” said Midwest President Ashley Miller. “We are proud of the customer service that our team provided for almost 30 years, and I fully believe that under CertaSite, it will not only continue, but expand.”
The acquisition is CertaSite’s seventh in Michigan and sixteenth overall. Earlier this year, CertaSite acquired Teasley Fire Protection based in Kentucky.
“We are grateful to Ashley Miller and the Midwest family for their continued partnership throughout this swift process,” said Jeff Wyatt, chief executive officer of CertaSite. “We are committed to preserving the legacy that these dedicated professionals built, and we recognize and respect their strong local presence.”
CertaSite plans to continue to grow its portfolio with a focus on existing markets, as well as markets including Missouri, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
