Carter Logistics LLC has named Jessica Warnke chief executive officer and Nick Geesaman as chief operating officer. Warnke most recently served as vice president of business development and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and MBA from Butler University. Geesaman previously served as vice president of continuous improvement and holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
