Caregiver Makes Two Indiana Acquisitions

Subscribe NowTexas-based Caregiver Inc. has acquired assets from two Indiana businesses representing multiple Hoosier communities. Caregiver provides long-term care services and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In December, Caregiver acquired the assets of nonprofit Bethesda Lutheran Communities that provide service to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The deal includes locations in Valparaiso and Greenfield.
Caregiver also acquired the majority of the residential- and community-based assets of Compass Residential & Consulting, a provider of waiver services headquartered in Carmel. The acquisition includes home-based community services for individuals in Marion, Lake, Dubois, Allen, Vigo, Monroe, and Vanderburgh counties.
“We continue to support the Indiana I/DD community as we continue to build upon our momentum in the State,” said Caregiver Chief Development Officer Gary Nettis. “We continue to establish ourselves as a trusted buyer of assets serving the intellectual and developmentally disabled, while striving to be a leading and lasting provider of services supporting the broader Indiana community.”
Caregiver also operates locations in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio. Financial details were not disclosed.
