Brownsburg Celebrates Opening of The Arbuckle

The luxury apartment development is part of the larger Arbuckle Park project, which includes residential and retail space.
Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins Properties is the developer behind The Arbuckle which boasts of 210 luxury apartments and townhomes. The complex also offers 7,600 square feet of retail space and a 400-space parking garage.
“The Town of Brownsburg has been a fantastic partner on this project, and we’re excited for the impact this project has on the community and the growth of the town for the residents,” says Deron Kintner, General Counsel and lead developer for Flaherty & Collins Properties. “The Arbuckle has become the destination for luxury urban living in Brownsburg.”
When officials broke ground on the property in August 2017, redevelopment and town leaders said Arbuckle Park was part of an aggressive step to create a town center to attract people to the downtown.
“This beautiful structure is welcoming and inviting to residents, businesses and visitors alike. We are excited to see the future of what The Arbuckle will mean for Brownsburg.” said Town Council President Brian Jessen.
Flaherty & Collins says The Arbuckle offers a courtyard with fire pits, bar area, grilling station and saltwater pool with a large wet deck. There is also a 24-hour fitness center and concierge services.
