Before joining the organization, Majors served as director of community violence reduction with the city of Indianapolis’s Office of Public of Health and Safety. Majors will be responsible for expanding and developing new programs aligned with the agency’s mission and goals, fostering new strategic partnerships and raising funds to support the organization.
