Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard has appointed Henry Mestetsky to serve on the Carmel Redevelopment Commission. He was also elected by the Commission to serve as secretary. Henry previously served as the secretary and treasurer of the Carmel Redevelopment Authority. The five-member Carmel Redevelopment Commission facilitates economic development projects within the City of Carmel. He is also an attorney with Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.
