The Butler graduate comes to Bradley from a CFO position with National Carwash Solutions in Des Moines, Iowa. Bell will be a member of Bradley’s executive team and report to CEO Chad Phillips.
“Allan Bell is a talented and thoughtful business leader, and I’m thrilled that an executive of his caliber is choosing to join Bradley Company,” Phillips said in a news release. “Allan’s experience leading multi-national operations and commitment to process improvements will put our company on even stronger footing as we continue to identify new markets for growth and expansion.”
Bradley moved its South Bend headquarters to 96th Street and Meridian in Indianapolis earlier this year. The company still maintains an office in South Bend, and also has offices in Fort Wayne and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Bell brings experience in financial roles within the aerospace industry, working for TIGHITCO in Atlanta, Georgia, and United Technologies Corp. in Raleigh, North Carolina, before joining National Carwash Solutions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and earned an executive MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 2005.
“I’m looking forward to joining one of the fastest growing independent commercial real estate firms in the Midwest,” Bell said in the news release. “Bradley has a legacy of making a strong impact on the communities where it serves, and I’m excited to be a part of the team.”
Bradley offers commercial brokerage, housing management, tax consulting and other corporate services. It employs 330 people who manage more than 4,400 multi-housing units and 180 commercial properties.
