Bowen Center Seeks to Hire More Than 100

The nonprofit says the jobs include skills coaches and technicians (case managers), therapists, and IT technicians, among others.
Due to the current crisis, candidates are being interviewed via video conference, and the company has also moved all on-boarding and orientation training online. Bowen Center has begun providing all patient services via phone to protect patients and staff as its employees work from home.
Bowen Center is a Community Mental Health Center serving 27 counties and says it has infrastructure in place to quickly adapt to this circumstance due to proactive measures it has instituted. Employees are provided everything required to carry out their duties including devices and internet hotspots.
