Subscribe NowThe law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP has added Jeffery Earl as of counsel to the utilities group, where he represents clients before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He previously served as an administrative law judge at the IURC. Earl also served as a judicial clerk to Judge Margret Robb on the Indiana Court of Appeals.
He graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso University Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review. During law school, Earl was a legal writing teaching assistant and completed externships with Judge Robert Miller and Magistrate Judge Andrew Rodovich, both in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He also clerked at a law firm in Valparaiso.
Earl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in liberal studies from the University of Central Florida. He also earned a Master of Theological Studies degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and a Master of Arts in liberal studies with an emphasis on government and public policy from Valparaiso University in 2008.
Earl is a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation, and is active in the Indiana Bar Association and the We the People civics education program. He is also a member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Energy Policy Committee.
