Boone County Marks 2015 ‘Wins’

Molly Whitehead says seven companies detailed a total of $26 million in new capital investment, resulting in more than 380 new jobs.
The announcements involved Vroom.com in Whitestown, Noble Order Brewing Co. and DK Pierce in Zionsville, Stalcop in Thorntown and D-A Lubricant, Festool and Subaru in Lebanon.
Zionsville also marked the opening of the new zWorks coworking space, as well as the new Vincennes University Gene Haas Training Center in Lebanon. The EDC’s Microloan fund also announced $30,000 in loans to business owners for equipment and building improvements.
