Carmel-based Blue Horseshoe Solutions, a global software and services firm, has added supply chain industry veteran Michael Thielen as a sales executive. In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding sales in the north central U.S. region which includes Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado. Thielen previously served as senior vice president of global operations for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. He also served as director of the IT consulting practice at Ciber Inc.
