Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana has added Rick Eastling and Cindy Schum to its board of directors. Eastling serves as regional director of the east territory at Defenders. In his role, he supervises seven regional managers, 76 branch managers and 1000 security advisors and is currently responsible for 70% of Defenders field operations.

Schum serves as a senior business banking relationship manager at KeyBank. In her role, she partners with business owners to fully understand their objectives and challenges. Schum also teams up with other areas of the bank to provide a comprehensive banking solution.
