‘Best Places to Work’ rankings unveiled

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday revealed the rankings of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Indiana. The list features 125 businesses representing more than 30 Hoosier cities and towns split among four categories based on employee count.

The rankings were unveiled during an awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center. Both the list of companies and their rankings were determined through employer reports and an anonymous employee survey.

The businesses represented in the rankings have between 15 and 1,300 employees. Out-of-state companies were eligible as long as they had at least 15 full-time employees in Indiana.

Indianapolis-based Netlogx, Washington-based TrueScripts, Ohio-based Centric Consulting and Missouri-based Edward Jones took the top spots in the Small, Medium, Large and Major Companies lists, respectively.

Both Netlogx and Centric Consulting made the No. 1 spot for the first time.

“The theme of this year’s program was ‘A Kind of Magic,’ which captures the dynamic culture and experiences offered by all of these winning organizations,” Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar said in written remarks. “Whether it’s workplace benefits, volunteerism, employee recognition programs or mental wellness initiatives, these employers consistently ‘wow’ their teams – and vice versa.”

The chamber said the application period for next year’s Best Places to Work list will kick off this summer.
