BEST Human Capital & Advisory Group has named Nancy Hintz senior human capital advisor. She has more than two decades of diverse experience in chemical, biotechnology, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. Hintz is co-founder of the Indianapolis-based nonprofit Million Meal Movement, which feeds the hungry and teaches the importance of volunteerism. Her broad base of knowledge helps serve an array of clients in identifying top executive leadership.

Also, Ben Molenda has been promoted to human capital advisor. He has been with the firm since May and started as a junior advisor. Molenda will be graduating from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in December. He has written for the BEST Blog.
