Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty is transitioning its leadership team. Chief Operating Officer Craig West and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Braun say they will purchase the company from Chief Executive Officer Kevin Kirkpatrick. West will assume the role of CEO and Braun will continue operating as CFO. Kirkpatrick will remain with the firm as chairman.

West and Braun were instrumental in leading the company through a successful transition to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand.
