The nonprofit, which is based in Bloomington and serves Monroe and Owen counties, says Quick-Cook’s background includes nearly a decade of nonprofit experience.
In her new role, Quick-Cook will be responsible for all aspects of the nonprofit organization, which specializes in one-to-one mentorship. She will report directly to the organization’s board of directors.
The nonprofit says Quick-Cook will specifically oversee fund development, financial management, talent management and strategic planning.
Quick-Cook previously worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana. She held various positions with the nonprofit, supporting fund development, continuous improvement, and programming for the organization’s 10-county service area.
