Bains concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use planning, real estate litigation and construction law. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Bains serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne and previously served on the board of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana. In 2017 and 2018, he was selected as a “Rising Star” by the Indiana Super Lawyers publication.
Wagler focuses his practice on business succession planning, federal and state taxation, estate planning, and estate administration. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Bethel College, his M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Wagler is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, for which he serves as chairman of the Probate, Trust & Tax Section, and of the Indiana State Bar Association, for which he serves as a member of the Tax Section Council. He is a member of the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council and the Planned Giving Council of Northeast Indiana.
Bains and Wagler are admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Wagler is also licensed to practice before the Florida state courts.
