Tiger Group and Century Services Corp. will host an online auction for assets of the former PendaForm Co. facility in Wells County. In January, the owner of its Wisconsin-based parent company announced it was cutting 76 employees and closing the Bluffton operation.
The sale will include "well-maintained plastics extrusion and thermoforming equipment, CNC machining and shop equipment, along with other assets no longer needed for the continuing operations." Before it was closed, the 86,000 square-foot plant performed integrated extrusion, thermoforming, robotic trimming and assembly functions for products including truck bed liners.
The employees’ last days were in March. You can connect to more about the auction by clicking here.
