Attorney Robert Poznanski Joins Ice Miller

Subscribe NowIce Miller LLP has added Robert Poznanski as senior counsel in its business group, where he represents businesses and nonprofit clients, specifically managing innovative and complex incentive and project finance transactions. He concentrates his practice on using federal, state and local economic development incentives to provide project and working capital financing to businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Poznanski has more than 25 years of experience in community and economic development finance. He previously served as senior vice president of the New Markets Support Co., a subsidiary of the Local Initiatives Support Co., a nonprofit organization that works to improve distressed communities across the country.
Since 2013, Poznanski managed LISC’s New Markets Tax Credit program. In his earlier role as a senior program director, he helped LISC’s rural program provide funding and technical assistance to non-profit, community development corporations in seven mid-western states. Poznanski first joined LISC as a program officer, assisting community development corporations in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
