Subscribe NowA Florida-based independent insurance agency has purchased field marketing organization AgentLink, which has offices in Indianapolis and Louisville. The AssuredPartners Inc. purchase of AgentLink will mark the company’s 10th acquisition this year.
AgentLink works with independent insurance agents to help them access carriers and products, as well as assisting them with licensing, compliance and certifications. The agency has 50 employees and will continue to operate under the leadership of Chairman Randy McDevitt and Chief Executive Officer Matt McDevitt. “The success of AgentLink is best reflected in the success of our agents,” stated Randy McDevitt. “We have helped agents grow and earn more commissions for over 25 years.”
AssuredPartners’ President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Riley says AgentLink is a natural fit for them “As AssuredPartners continues to grow, finding an addition like AgentLink really compliments our existing structure and will add value to our comprehensive portfolio of offerings. “We are excited to support the agents at AgentLink through their superior service, trusted carriers and innovative processes.”
AgentLink has current reported revenues of $6.5 million. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
