Ash Brokerage to Make Acquisition

The development is public-private partnership with the city of Fort Wayne.

Fort Wayne-based Ash Brokerage Corp. has announced plans to acquire Zenith Marketing Group in New Jersey. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, however the insurance brokerage firm says Zenith will continue operating under the same name and keep its 55 employees.

Both firms say the acquisition is the result of a long-standing relationship between the two. Tim Ash, chief executive officer of Ash Brokerage, says he is proud to partner with the Zenith team.

"Our scale, infrastructure and technology will give their team even more opportunities to help advisors and their clients with risk management solutions," said Ash. "With the Ash platform, we have no doubt Zenith will continue to thrive and reach new levels of success."

The acquisition is expected to close March 31. It is the first acquisition for Ash Brokerage since the announcement of its partnership with Century Equity Partners in 2017.
