The company, whose main offices are located on the city’s east side, says it is currently looking for other space.
Angie’s List currently occupies nearly 100,000 square feet in the Landmark Center. The decision to leave comes nearly two months after Angie’s List reported a full-year loss of $7.9 million in 2016.
A spokesperson would not say whether the decision to leave the building is related to the company’s decision to cut an undisclosed number of jobs in November. The company also did not specify if the move from the Landmark Center would affect any employees currently working there.
Additionally, Managed Health Services, a subsidiary of Missouri-based Centene Corp. (NYSE: CNC), will also be moving from its 60,000 square-foot space in the Landmark Center at the end of July. Fairbridge Properties, which owns the building, says the vacancies follow a decision to renovate the property and reposition it within the marketplace in downtown Indy.
