(Nasdaq: ANGI) is reporting a second quarter net loss of $8.3 million, compared to $18.4 million during the same period the previous year. The company says revenue for the quarter was $87.3 million, up 11 percent over last year.
In a release from the company, Interim Chief Executive Officer Mark Howell said, "We continued to execute on our strategy to grow revenue, increase margins and invest for growth. Our efforts manifested in the proliferation of e-commerce, operating efficiency and the continued development of our technology platform and product road map."
The company says its paid membership grew 12 percent over the last year, reaching 3,172,066 as of June 30, 2015.
