Amazon Adding Seasonal Jobs

(Nasdaq: AMZN) has announced it is creating more than 120,000 seasonal jobs throughout the country. The company says it is looking to fill thousands of positions at its central and southeast Indiana locations.
Indiana is one of 27 states in which Amazon is looking for seasonal employees. The company says more than 14,000 seasonal positions were transitioned into regular, full-time positions after the holidays last year, a number which is expected to increase this year.
"This is our favorite time of year—we love serving customers during the busy holiday season and we’re excited to bring on more than 120,000 seasonal employees this year to support growing customer demand," said Mike Roth, Amazon vice president of global customer fulfillment.
