Alacrity Solutions Group buys Texas appraisal firm

Fishers-based Alacrity Solutions Group LLC, a provider of insurance claims management services, has acquired Property Damage Appraisers in Texas. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, Alacrity says the acquisition expands its suite of services within the insurance industry.

PDA specializes in auto damage appraisal throughout the United States. PDA also appraises property, heavy equipment, over-the-road trucks, RVs, boats, and motorcycles, among others.
