Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"We are excited to add another high quality brand to the AFCO Performance Group family," said Jeff Scales, president of AFCO Performance Group. "It is important to us to invest in the future of motorsports. The training we can help provide to these young racers will translate into long standing relationships as they climb through the ranks. We are honored to be involved in a sport where family values are prevalent and kids are the center of attention."
Ryan Stanley with RSR, who will continue with AFCO in sales and technical support, says his family is excited to join AFCO.
"We will continue to provide the highest level of customer service to the quarter midget community, while adding high powered manufacturing capabilities, an extensive distribution network, engineering, and marketing," he said. "I look forward to working with families around the country and continuing this great tradition."
