AcceLINX Adds Lindeman as a Consultant

Phil Lindeman most recently spent eight years heading up the industrial design + human factors group for DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and Power Tools. He has 30 years of new product development experience in consumer, commercial and medical device markets. While at DePuy Synthes, Lindeman chaired the Global Orthopedics ID+HF Community of Practice, which included human-centered designers from DePuy Synthes’ Trauma, Spine and Sports Medicine businesses. Prior to serving in that role, he held leadership positions within Motorola and Whirlpool’s global consumer design studios, where he delivered numerous ‘WOW-factor’ products such as Motorola’s first metal flip phone.
He holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Business. He also holds 45 design and utility patents in the consumer electronics, home white goods and medical devices industries.
