Munster-based 3 Floyds Brewing Co. is included on RateBeer’s list of the "Best Brewers in the World" for 2017. The list, which highlights the top 100 brewers worldwide, was compiled by a summary score based on available reviews on the website.

RateBeer says the breweries on the list were chosen based on 10 different weighted scales that placed an emphasis on reviews over the past year and top performing beers. Additionally, historical all-around performance, a brewer’s range of performance across styles, and other factors were included in compiling the list.
