Carmel-based accounting firm Blue & Co. has added Chad Pfeifer as chief people officer. He most recently was vice president of talent at Help at Home LLC. Pfeifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University and a graduate certificate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
