BSN SPORTS Buys SportsCenter in Fort Wayne

The company says SportsCenter will continue serving customers from its current location, which will be transitioned to a BSN sales office.
BSN markets and distributes sporting goods to the school and league markets. SportsCenter provides sporting goods, equipment and apparel.
BSN says it is retaining all SportsCenter employees and SportsCenter plans to retain all of its decoration staff.

We relish the opportunity to unlock new tools and resources, from custom campus branding to our elite line-up of product and sport-specific experts, to these athletic programs and organizations.”
SportCenter owners Tom and Kevin Rodenbeck also manage an apparel decoration business that BSN says will remain within their ownership.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BSN acquired Team Sports Ink in Nevada last week.
