Dove Recovery House for Women has named Lara Chandler as its inaugural chief operating officer. She previously served as chief operating officer for Coburn Place Safe Haven. Chandler holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from St. Mary of the Woods College.
