UIndy Fundraising Hits Milestone

Subscribe NowThe University of Indianapolis says it has hit a significant milestone as its major fundraising effort surpassed the $100 million mark. The Campaign for the University of Indianapolis was publicly launched in 2015. UIndy says it is the largest fundraising initiative in the university’s history. The school says the campaign raised more than $103.5M raised from more than 20,000 alumni, friends, and students.
. “That far-reaching support is evidence of the impact we are having on our students and the community,” said UIndy President Robert Manuel. “The generosity of our UIndy family… is what allows us to continue our mission to provide transformational educational opportunities for our students.”
The university says the campaign has raised $37.4 for students, $10.3 million for faculty, $15.1 million for community initiatives, and $40.7 million for future projects and programs.
During the school’s homecoming activities this past weekend, new programs and educational spaces were dedicated.
