Economic Development Corp. Michigan City Executive Director Clarence Hulse has been honored with Fellow Member status by the International Economic Development Council. The status is given to IEDC members who have displayed stature in the field of economic development. Hulse is credited with creating more than 30,000 jobs over his 20 year-career in Florida, North Carolina and Michigan City.
