Some employees at Columbus Regional Health are in line for a pay increase next month. The health system says it will increase the minimum starting wage to $15 an hour effective October 24.

CRH says the adjustment will impact more than 580 employees.  The health provider says employees with current pay rates of less than $15 per hour will receive pay increases to ensure their pay rates are at least that level.

CRH says the pay increases were necessary to retain talent.
