Fort Wayne-based DOXA Insurance Holdings LLC has acquired Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services, a managing general underwriter and wholesale brokerage in Indianapolis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DOXA says Caitlyn Morgan’s business helps independent agents place business and develop package programs for select industry niches.

“Caitlin Morgan brings a unique skillset to DOXA through its captive management division, while also bringing expertise in the creation, underwriting, and distribution of alternative risk, property/casualty, workers’ compensation and group health programs,” said DOXA President and Chief Executive Officer Matt Sackett. “We greatly respect Chris Murray and his team’s unique expertise, and we look forward to participating and investing in their continued success.”

DOXA says Caitlin Morgan President Chris Murray will continue in his role.
