Indiana National Guard airmen have promoted Brig. Gen. Lisa Snyder to general at Stout Field. She serves as the Air National Guard assistant for Defense Health Agency – Combat Support Operations and director of the Reserve Liason Office and previously served as State Air Surgeon for the Indiana National Guard. Snyder has earned the Meritorious Service Medal four times, Air Force Commendation Medal twice, the Antartica Service Medal and the Iraq Campaign Medal.
