Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Furrion Holdings Limited. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Furrion, which is also based in Elkhart, is a distributor of appliances, electronics and other OEM products for the recreational vehicle, utility trailer and boating industries. Lippert is a subsidiary of LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII).

Lippert Chief Executive Officer Jason Lippert says since entering the RV industry in 2007, Furrion has earned a reputation for innovating new appliance products and introducing state-of-the-art technologies into the recreation space.
