Minneapolis-based The Opus Group has started construction on a speculative industrial building at AllPoints at Anson in Boone County. Opus says the project is one of the few remaining sites within the logistics park, which already includes tenants such as Amazon, GNC and Express Scripts.  

“Demand for modern logistics facilities remains strong and we believe the project size and layout will be in high demand,” said Doug Swain, vice president and general manager at Opus. 

The real estate development firm says the 256,000-square-foot building will be situated on 16 acres. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2022.  The company says sit has developed nearly 4.5 million square feet of industrial space in Indiana since 2013.
