First Merchants Corp has hired Jeff Parsons as its new president for the company’s Muncie market. He will oversee all market operations for the company. Parsons joined First Merchants in 1989 and has held several operational and customer relationship roles. Parsons holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
