KSM Consulting has promoted Emily Schilling (pictured) to vice president of finance. Also, Brian Ballard has been hired as director of application development and Jonathan Lewis as director of technology.

Schilling previously served as director of finance for the firm.

Brian Ballard most recently served as senior software engineering manager for California-based Proofpoint. Lewis previously served as vice president of information technology for Steak n Shake.
