Indianapolis-based KSM Consulting has promoted John Roach to president. Also, Ryan Schebler has been hired as chief revenue officer.

Roach most recently served as chief revenue officer for the firm. Schebler previously served as chief executive officer at Advocate Solutions . 

Roach is credited with launching and building KSM Consulting’s data analytics practice, which has grown from three to 83 employees in eight years. He has played a leading role for the firm by providing strategic and technical guidance in the development of data insights to curb the state’s opioid epidemic.

As CRO, Schebler will be responsible for creating solution strategies that expand the firm’s national reach and enable the organization to partner with more clients to solve challenges.

In 2020 alone, KSM Consulting has grown employee headcount by almost 50 percent, adding 120 new full-time employees across the nation.
