Indiana Sites Selected for NCAA Championship Events

Subscribe NowThe NCAA has unveiled nearly 450 sites that will host various championship events from 2023 through 2026. The Indianapolis-based organization says it received more than 3,000 bid submissions and more than a dozen sites selected are located in Indiana.
The events include a variety of sports such as men’s basketball, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, and women’s golf from the NCAA’s Division I, II, and III schools.
“The response of our membership, host cities and local organizing committees to this process was tremendous,” said Joni Comstock, NCAA senior vice president of championships. “Thanks to their commitment, we are excited that our student-athletes will play in some of the top locations and venues in the United States.”
The events chosen to be held in Indiana include:
- 2023 NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships Regionals – Angel Mounds, Evansville
- 2023 NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships Finals – IU Natatorium – Indianapolis
- 2023 NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championships Regionals – The Club at Chatham Hills – Westfield
- 2023 NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse Championship Semifinals and Finals – Key Stadium – Indianapolis
- 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship First and Second Rounds – Bankers Life Fieldhouse – Indianapolis
- 2024 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Championship Elite Eight – Ford Center, Evansville
- 2024 NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship Semifinals and Finals – Allen County War Memorial Coliseum – Fort Wayne
- 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships Finals – IU Natatorium, Indianapolis
- 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship Regionals – Lucas Oil Stadium – Indianapolis
- 2025 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Championship Elite Eight – Ford Center, Evansville
- 2025 NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship Semifinals and Finals – Allen County War Memorial Coliseum – Fort Wayne
- 2025 NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships – IU Natatorium – Indianapolis
- 2025 NCAA Division II Winter National Championships Festival Finals – Indiana Farmers Coliseum, IU Natatorium, Fall Creek Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds – Indianapolis
