Krieg DeVault Adds Associate Attorneys

She helps clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, secured loan transactions, contract drafting and interpretation and other general business matters. Talley previously served as a compliance analyst for data and cybersecurity matters, as well as national accreditation programs for domestic and international companies. She has also served as a small business advisor and advocate, where she assisted with various matters, including business formation, employment and immigration matters, regulatory compliance, administrative appeals, and general marketing strategies. Talley began her career with the firm as a summer associate, assisting the firm’s attorneys and clients with various business needs, secured loan transactions and contract drafting and interpretation. She graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
Also, Hilary Leighty has joined the firm as an associate attorney. She devotes her practice to all areas and phases of litigation, including complex business and commercial matters. Leighty previously worked in a Marion County commercial court serving as an extern for Judge Heather Welch. She also served as a certified legal intern at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office where she gained trial and other on the record experience in a variety of misdemeanor criminal matters. Leighty previously served as a business development associate in 3M’s Health Information Systems division. As a summer associate with Krieg DeVault, she gained extensive experience assisting the firm’s attorneys and clients with various litigation and business needs. Leighty graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is a member of both the Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.
