Etica Group has promoted Nicky Kalck (pictured) to transportation engineering department manager and Brian Stanoch (pictured) to right-of-way department manager. Also, Nick Schmitt is moving from project manager to land survey department manager.

Kalck is a graduate of Purdue University with a master’s in civil engineering. She is a past recipient of the ACEC Engineering Excellence Merit Award and has been with Etica Group for over 4 years.

Stanoch graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in both civil engineering and surveying and geomatics. He has served the company for 11 years.

Schmittt is also Purdue University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in both civil engineering and surveying and geomatics.
