Warsaw-based Lake City Bank Cyndi Gianneschi vice president and appraisal manager, working out of the bank’s Indianapolis north office. She previously served as appraisal review officer for Old National Bank. Gianneschi has 36 years of experience in commercial real estate, including over 10 years in the appraisal industry.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. Gianneschi is a licensed real estate broker and a certified general appraiser in Indiana, as well as a certified general real property appraiser in Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
