Rebuilding Together Names Executive Director

Brown was most recently a volunteer coordinator for NeighborLink Indianapolis, where she established new volunteer training and onboarding procedures. She also served as executive director of the Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation, and helped the organization to develop a diversity outreach program.
Rebuilding Together Indianapolis provides assistance to people who, because of physical limitation or low income, are struggling to cover the costs of needed home repairs and operates as an affiliate of nationwide nonprofit Rebuilding Together.
“Alison’s qualifications make her the perfect fit for our mission of repairing homes, revitalizing communities, and rebuilding lives,” said Rebuilding Together Indianapolis Board President Jayson Watt. “Ali is a strong, skilled leader who will help us implement our strategic plans for continued growth. As a city-county council member for the City of Indianapolis, she also has a solid understanding and passion for the needs of our local community.”
