South Bend-based Norris Equity Partners has announced the construction of a new retail and business complex in Granger. Partnering with Legacy Contracting, NEP is developing Mirador at 23, a 25,000-square-foot commercial space in the St. Joseph County community.

The project is located on State Road 23 in the northeast area of the county that has seen vast growth of neighborhoods and retail since the mid-1990s.

NEP says the development will have space for up to nine tenants in a variety of sectors, including retail or a medical office.

“We know this premier location in a highly-trafficked corridor will promote business growth for our tenants,” said Dustin Brown, president of Legacy Contracting.

The company says construction has already begun and will open this summer.
