The DWD is holding a virtual job fair Wednesday to help employees impacted by the sudden closure of the Indianapolis-based company.
Celadon abruptly announced in November it was filing for bankruptcy and immediately ceasing operations. 4,000 workers were left without jobs just before the holidays.
Indiana DWD, in cooperation with EmployIndy, is hosting the online webinar Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The virtual job fair will allow companies to showcase hiring opportunities for drivers, mechanics, dispatch, customer service and office support.
Companies participating include: FedEx Express, UPS, Online Transport (Greenfield), D.M. Bowman (Indianapolis) and Clean Harbors (Greenwood).

DWD says people who may have a time conflict are encouraged to still register. All who register will receive a link to a recording of the job fair.
