Lilly also says costs and administrative requirements are part of the reason for the delisting. The Board of Directors of Euronext Paris S.A. has approved this request.
Lilly says shareholders of its stock being traded on the European exchange will only be allowed to trade on the NYSE following the delisting date.
The pharmaceutical company says its last day of trading on Euronext Paris will be October 30, with a delisting on October 31.
